#16 - March update
Shipping Hiria & visiting the Dreamlands
Hey all!
Just numbering this issue #16, hoping no-one noticed there were two issues #14.
Hiria: the Eternal City
a solo journaling journey into the multiverse.
Zines have arrived in the US! Fulfilment to backers of the Kickstarter has started. Soon zines will also be available at a number of shops. I'll include links in the next newsletter!
To celebrate the fact that the physical zines of Hiria have finally arrived in the US, I've added a 100 community copies for the digital version: https://jimmyshelter.itch.io/hiria
If you liked the game, please leave a comment, review or rating. It means a lot!
Dreamlands
a zine by the Good Sleep Collective
Funding now! Dreamlands, a new project from the Good Sleep Collective, a group of Europe-based creators I’ve been part of for a few years now.
In Dreamlands you'll find creatures and lands you might encounter when you fall asleep. We started funding during ZiMo, but we're keeping funding open while we continue to work on the zine.
In the zine you'll find a collection of classes, monsters, encounters and more for DURF. The Hat Man spread below is written by Wendy Pixel Curatrix and features art by Strega Wolf, and the Oneiromancer is written and illustrated by Emiel Boven. Layout by Jean Verne.

My contribution is a pointcrawl adventure to Marcenia, one of the realms within the Dreamlands, being held together thanks to a dreaming dragon. Dark forces are trying to wake the dragon and destroy the realm. I hope to be able to show Bertdrawsstuff awesome art for it in a next update!
Works in progress
I'm working on a zine on how to make zines in my native Dutch. Hopefully I'll have a link to it in the next update (along with an English translation, maybe?).

Cool stuff
How to plan your game as a solo developer - A nice video. It's video game oriented, but useful nonetheless!
My band, The Mieters, has a new single out. We sing in Dutch, but if you dig 60s garage rock, check it out! You can find it on Spotify, Apple Music or Bandcamp.
Hairic, another fellow Good Sleep member, just organized a cool jam: Fill the Hex Jam. Create a 36 hex map and fill it!
That's it for this update!
Have a good one,
Peter
